Swedish Flow massage creates relaxation, stress reduction, improves circulation, and calms the parasympathetic nervous system. Usually a light to moderate soothing pressure.

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue massage is detailed and focused and typically moderate to firm pressure. To get the best results Deep Tissue is performed at a level that is still a comfortable pressure for you.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a moderate to firm massage recommended to prepare your system for peak athletic performance and can also aid a speedy post event recovery and reduce the effect of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness).
