My goal is to create the session that is best for YOU. I have studied lots of techniques and have years of experience and will listen to you and your body. In one session we can make a lot of progress on a particular issue. Over multiple sessions, the right approach can really improve your “baseline”. You might be more relaxed, or feel lighter, have fewer aches and pains, have more energy, feel a lift in your mood, or have better digestion. Massage can make a lasting change in how you feel physically, emotionally, and mentally. All massage is great, but when it works for you, doing an In-Home session can cut the stress of driving/parking and really add to the level of relaxation. I will arrive on-time with everything needed - table, linens, oils, music - and I will be ready to deliver a great massage!
